Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales

Tickets are sold by Ad Gefrin LLP registered company number: OC425263.

The purchase of a ticket entitles the bearer to access  Ad Gefrin's exhibitions for a day visit or named event, at the time and date stated on the face of the ticket. Please check your ticket(s) carefully on receipt, and notify Ad Gefrin as soon as reasonably possible, if the event/date/time is not as you expected.

Ad Gefrin will not mail out any tickets purchased online, unless otherwise stated. When your purchase has been confirmed your reference is the dispatched e-mail sent to the e-mail address you specified. It is your responsibility to check prior to purchase that the information you have supplied to us in respect of your ticket requirements is accurate. We are only responsible for issuing tickets in accordance with the information you provide.

Please note that purchase of an event ticket does not include entry to Ad Gefrin's exhibitions unless otherwise stated; and vice versa.

For the purposes of ticket sales the following definitions apply:

* An Adult is a person aged 18 years and over
* A Child is a person aged 0 to 17 years

No access will be granted to unsupervised children unless prior written consent has been granted by Ad Gefrin.

No ticket may be resold without the prior written consent of Ad Gefrin. If any person attempts to enter Ad Gefrin with a ticket that has been resold without Ad Gefrin's written consent, Ad Gefrin may refuse entry and no compensation is payable to that person by Ad Gefrin.

Tickets are non-refundable.  In the event that you cannot attend on your specified ticket date and time you may request that your ticket be transferred to an alternative date no later than 24 hours prior to your original ticket date.  If you are unable to rebook your tickets you may request a credit on your account equal to the value of your unused tickets.

You must comply with the Health and Safety regulations of Ad Gefrin for the duration of your visit. 

Ad Gefrin reserves the right to refuse entry if staff believe your behaviour may affect other visitors' enjoyment of the experience.
